Kelly's Cottage Is Underwater

Kelly's cottage has now slipped off its piers and is almost entirely underwater. Since it is on a flood plain and not her primary residence, it does not qualify for any flood-related disaster relief or insurance. I am trying to raise money to help her with the demolition, cleanup, dumping fees, and future planning. Kelly is the most giving person I know. I hope you'll consider giving to someone who would never ask for herself!
