Kelly Dabulskis Medical Expenses

Donation protected
Kelly is a Mom of four grown kids and a grandmother to seven grandchildren, who she loves more than life. In 1995 Kelly was widowed and raised her 4 children as a single mother. In 2006 Kelly was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent many surgeries, including a double mastectomy and chemotherapy. It took her 15 years for her to recover from the financial burden of that original cancer diagnosis and treatment.

In November of 2023 Kelly endured a stroke which led to the discovery of 3 tumors in her brain and a tumor on each lung. The diagnoses, stage 4 lung and brain cancer. Kelly immediately underwent a very risky surgery to remove the tumor that caused the stroke. The doctors didn’t know if she would ever wake up from this surgery let alone walk again, but her symptoms from the tumor were so severe there was no other option. Kelly woke up and surprised her surgeons by walking the next morning. Her recovery from that surgery can only be described as a miracle.

Following that surgery Kelly met with many cancer doctors to find that they believed there was little hope for treatment. Kelly and her family were not willing to accept that. So Kelly applied to be accepted into a cancer center in California. Kelly was accepted and had her first appointment on January 5th. It can only be described as a “God thing” that Kelly was accepted into the Cancer Center For Healing that is only 1 hour from her sister and nieces home. The clinic has been working to help Kelly heal from cancer and find out why her body is developing cancer. It has been a blessing from God to be at this clinic but it has taken its financial toll. This center is independent so it doesn’t accept insurance for most treatments and therefore Kelly has had to pay a tremendous amount of money out of pocket to heal her body. She has been on leave from work, had to use a huge portion of her life savings and she has had to sell her home and will be moving in with her children.

Kelly would be so blessed to have any financial assistance. Her healing journey will be a lifelong one and likely keep her from going back to work.
