Kelly was recently diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer. Though she does have health insurance, the medical costs are still unbearable. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy. After chemo, she will have to undergo radiation (with more chemo), and hopefully at the end of it all she will have surgery (most likely more than one). Each time she goes into her appointments she has co pays and her insurance does not cover all the scans, labs, and office visits entirely. Sadly the bills are coming in fast and they are more than the average person is able to keep up with. There is enough stress that comes with a cancer diagnosis that a person should not also have to worry about all of these medical bills as well. She is still trying to work full time while going through treatment but any help will be greatly appreciated.
