Too young for a stroke

My name is Melissa. This is a page for my mom. My mom is by far one of the hardest working women I know. She has spent her life working hard and helping others. On September 19,2019 at 49 years old she has suffered from a stroke. She is a full-time worker with 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. She is currently stable in her condition but she is currently unaware of how her condition is going to financially affect her due to being intubated. At this point she has left side defacets. This will be a long road to recovery with a lot of medical bills that already include several CT Scans and a life flight from Duluth, MN to Minneapolis,MN.  Her continued  care consists of weeks in the hospital, weeks in inpatient therapy, outpatient therapy, high priced medications and being out of work. We are not a family who will ask for hand outs and I assure you my mother is a proud woman, but I am not to proud to ask for her. Please share her story.
