Living the nightmare

Hi friends. Early on the morning of February 17, our friend Kelly woke to horrific sounds we all hope to never hear. A speeding truck barreling down his street had just crashed through the front and back of the attached garage of his brand new house, just feet from his bedroom where he had been sleeping.

In the accident, the speeding truck pushed his own parked car through the garage and down the hill of the yard behind it. Although still waiting on the structural evaluations as to the extent of the damage to his house and car, they seem extensive. Besides going through the garage, the back deck was torn off the house, glass windows and doors were shattered, and his own car was significantly damaged. Kelly had just closed on the house and moved in. I'm putting this campaign together to help him out with some immediate expenses and to help meet deductibles while he waits to see what happens with claims for both the house and the car.
