Dear friends and family,

It has taken a lot to get to this point. So please know that if I'm asking, it's because I have exhausted all other options.

My health is not the best at this time. I have been suffering a lot of pain since Oct 2021. My life has become a procession of doctors, x-rays, examinations, ultrasounds, and blood tests. My medications have been increasing exponentially over the past two years. This month (June 2023) I have 7 doctor appointments alone, plus physical therapy each week. For that main reason, I have been forced to take a medical leave of absence from my job which was only exacerbating my back and foot pain. I have been looking for work that does not require me to be on my feet 6 hours out of the day to no avail. I have applied to various government programs and have been denied every time. I am currently appealing to 3 programs but they will likely not schedule any hearings for weeks or months to come.

Because of all this, I have fallen behind on my rent and some basic household bills which is why I created this gofundme. I am currently 2 months behind on rent and my landlord has requested that I pay everything I owe by July 1st. If I don't then they will be forced to issue me a vacate order and start the eviction process.

My most immediate goal is $4000 to cover the two months of rent owed. Anything above that would go to paying off some household bills which have accumulated recently.
