Kelly and Betsy Isom

Thank you for visiting the page for Betsy, Ben, and Eli. The Isoms are experiencing incredible challenges as they just found out that their father, Kelly, passed away. Kelly had been missing for five days. To make matters even worse, Betsy (an elementary school teacher who had surgery ten days ago) was just in a terrible car accident. A truck ran a stoplight and hit Betsy on the driver’s side, two days after Kelly went missing. Thankfully, the kids were not with her in the car; the car seats were in pieces. Betsy will recover in time, but the financial realities of a funeral, recovering from her surgery and a serious accident, and raising a three-year-old and a six-year-old are daunting for a single mother of two. Betsy is widely regarded as the nicest person you could know and Kelly was someone with an infectious sense of humor and curiosity.
