Kelley's wish for Jacob's future

Kelley Oates is many things to many people - brightening up every room with her quick smile and kind spirit. Diagnosed shortly after her son, Jacob, was born, Kelley has battled breast cancer for five years.
To those of us with whom she worked, Kelley is a finance powerhouse. She started in our industry and flew up the corporate ladder. Through two hospitalizations, innumerable doctors' visits and daily chemo treatments, she was intent on working - and saving - so Jacob would always know how much his momma believed in him. She wouldn't let money be an obstacle to him going to college.
Kelley’s last day in our office was October 7 and she is now receiving hospice care.
Together with her loving husband, Jerry, her dream is to provide the funds for Jacob to go to college. We are going to help that dream along by picking up where Kelley left off and raising money for Jacob's tuition. Kelley gave back through her work with the Revive and Thrive charity and mentoring in her cancer survivors group. While resting at home, she is read aloud every comment and there are no words to describe how grateful we are for your help to give back to her in these special moments.
