Hello my name is Denise and I'm Kelley's sister in law and with a very broken heart I am creating this fundraiser to help raise funds to cover unexpected burial funds.

To know Kelley was to love him. He truly never met a stranger and was one of the most giving and kindest souls ever to grace this earth. Sadly he was called home Saturday afternoon on July 10th 2021. My brother Dean Sines and Kelley shared a love that most can only dream to find. They spent almost 25 years together and never let life's trials shatter them. This comes as a complete life altering shock to all of us for he was very healthy and active in activism.

Unfortunately as we went to plan his services today, we found out there was no policy to cover any of the cost. With the struggles of the pandemic hitting and barely making it by already this is a more devastating shock for Dean on top of the loss. I ask please no matter how much if you can please,help me help him, in giving this amazing man a proper memorial. More than anything keep him and all the lives that were touched by Kelley, for we lost a sweet angel on earth and Heaven definitely gained one. Thank you
