My name is Tara Worth and for the month of October I will be doing a cold water dip daily and walking 200km over the duration of the month.

Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation is extremely close to mine and my familys heart and was hoping to give back.

Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation exists to fund palliative care services to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families in County Mayo and County Roscommon. The Service enables patients to live out the remainder of their lives in comfort and dignity. The Palliative Care Service is provided free of charge to all.
