I know most of you know Keith’s story. If not, he had heart surgery in June 2019, and had a stroke right afterwards. After hospital stays and Shepards Rehab In Atlanta he came home in October. He was still in wheelchair/ completely not walking, his left side almost paralyzed, on a feeding tube and could not talk. He has really worked hard these past 3 years. He still has hard opticals up against him. One being he can not talk. His voice is there but his brain wont work with his mouth to say words. Words come out but when asked to say it again, it doesn’t work. Mind is great. He can write, text, etc. But can’t communicate by talking. Keith has always been a social guy. He is a very private guy on himself, so reason I’m saying this is 3 1/2 years later we come across a New Brain Stroke Treatment, in Boca Raton Fla. The last 6 months they have researched and applied! He was accepted. They go to his visit March 6th. This is not covered by insurance, and very expensive! They have decided that for a chance to get better, and a better quality of life, it’s worth it. So they set it up. This Doctor has been doing this treatment since before 2012. Keith has to go to this Doctor Monday, March 6 for first treatment and then again March 10th for the second. If these two treatments are successful two more treatments are recommended 3-6 months later. This has an 80% success rate. They will be driving half way down and staying with their son to break it up and save money. Then going to go to Boca Raton on Sunday to be at the appointment Monday. They will stay until Tuesday and drive back up to their sons for a couple days to save money. Then back Thursday. For second treatment Friday.

We have faith that God placed this treatment in Keith’s life to heal him and restore his voice.

I also believe God will financially provide for this family and hope that we can come together to take the financial burden off of them so they will be able to focus on Keith’s health and make things easier on them. If you are unable to donate, please pray for the treatment to be successful.
