Keith’s Fight Against Stage 4 Gallbladder Cancer
Donation protected
For the last 6 months, Dad has been experiencing abdominal pain. He first thought it was his meds being changed, then worried he might be having heart issues again. That was ruled out and on December 2nd, he had his gallbladder removed. A couple days later, he got the call that they found cancer in his gallbladder. Unfortunately, removing the gallbladder did not fix his pain, therefore, he went to the ER on December 14th where they did a CT scan that showed possible signs of being in his lungs also. On December 23rd, he had a lung biopsy which confirmed his gallbladder cancer had spread.
Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma. Rare and uncurable.
While this is utterly devastating, if you know Dad at all, he doesn’t let it get him down. Today, Jan 7th, he had his first chemo and immunotherapy treatments.
As you can imagine, the costs are already building. The immunotherapy he is on is extremely expensive. If you feel inclined to help, we would greatly appreciate it. As well as prayers. We have seen miracles and are hoping for another one!
Even through the tears, we’re gonna fight like hell.
