Funeral expenses for Keith Zurek

My name is John Berrini. I am raising funds to bring my friend Keith home, have a funeral and pay for his burial.

Keith loved life and lived it to the maximum. Keith loved dogs, Heavy Metal, his friends and his family. You always knew Keith was coming. His voice entered a room before he did. Keith wouldn't just give you the shirt off his back, he would give you the pants too. Then he would look at you and say "My eyes are up here" before giving you a shot of Hennessy that you didn't ask for.

...then he would make you drink it, WOO like Rick Flare and join the traveling carnival for a year.

...then he would join the US ARMY, double MOS CAV scout/INF and volunteer for deployment to meet me in the country before getting an honorable discharge years later.

I don't write well and I'm devastated that I lost my friend at age 40. What I do know is we need 15K to get him from Detriot back to NH and get him laid to rest. Any additional funds will be donated to veteran causes.

We need a funeral home in MI to take care of Keith and get him ready for travel, Airline and transportation to NH. We are hoping to engage Peabody Funeral Home in Derry NH for the wake and funeral. A procession including military escort and honors at Boscowen Veterans Cemetary in NH. He will need a suit, casket and grave marker. Please understand the specifics and timeline may change.
