Keith Sylvester's call for justice

Hello, my name is Keith Sylvester. In December of 2018, I was falsely accused of murdering my parents. I was charged with murder, arson, and insurance fraud.
Before my arrest for 6 months I was working with Atlanta police to find out what happened to my parents. I gave them a lot of information they ignored and overlooked. My false arrests could have resulted in the death penalty or life in prison. I was held in the Fulton county jail for 15 months before I was exonerated and released.
By being placed in the news for these false charges, it has strained relationships with family and lifelong friends. And March of 2020 I was released. I was severely stressed, threatened, and in danger the whole time of my incarceration. I even got sick several times with various illnesses. All of my financial resources have been drained.
There was no probable cause for my arrest, there were errors and lies on court records which could have resulted in my conviction. My wife and I have lost property, been violated due process and much more. I had family and friends that have known me my entire life that will not speak to me now because of the lies and misinformation about me in the news media.
Now I am doing everything I can to put my life back together. I will not get the 15 months I lost back and the experience has changed me forever. But I will not give up. My attorney and I are seeking justice and compensation for the illegal police misconduct that caused me to be put in a cage when they knew I was innocent.
