This past Sunday, November 20, Keith Ho was competing in IRONMAN Arizona. During the bike leg Keith was involved in a crash with another athlete that left him with significant injuries. Keith is currently beginning the recovery process and is in an Arizona hospital.

Earlier this year, after a COVID-related multi-year delay, Keith was finally able to compete in his first full distance IRONMAN event at Lake Placid and was the first of a large group of Gators to cross the finish line. IRONMAN Arizona was to be the final triathlon of Keith's year.

Keith's wife Katie was with Keith for the race and remains with him in the hospital. As they are likely going to have a lengthy stay, we have started a fundraiser to help to offset some of the costs.
