My parents flew to Costa Rica to be a part of a wonderful vacation with several other friends. On a road trip to the beach they were involved in a serious head-on collision with another truck. My father had to have emergency bowel surgery that removed about 1 foot of his small intestine. He remains in the hospital recovering, but this type of injury is very serious and could change for the worse at any time. My amazing mother got out of the hospital and is resting in a hotel room with several facial fractures and a pelvic fracture. Our hope is to raise money to help cover medical costs and get them home as soon as possible and safely.

My parents are some of the most kind, giving, compassionate people I know. Please let's rally behind them and show them the incredible community of people that love and care for them!
