More information about Cransley Hospice Trust: Cransley Hospice Trust is a local charity which every year provides funding to support the care provided by Cransley Hospice. Cransley Hospice provides free of charge palliative care to those living in north Northamptonshire. This care takes in all aspects of the person i.e. physical and mental heath, spiritual and social care (holistic care) and is available in the hospice building (inpatient unit) and at home (whether this your own home, a care home etc.).
