My name is Keira Davis, and I want to thank you for taking a moment to read my request for story and request for support.

I'm a trans woman and long time resident of Altadena, and have been displaced by the fires in Los Angeles county. My neighborhood was devastated by the Eaton Fire, and I have only been able to recover a few of my smaller belongings. I was also recently laid off from my job and lost my income, which makes recovering from this disaster even more challenging.

Any money donated will help me secure longer term housing, replace key items like clothing and toiletries, and help provide stability while I look for new employment. Stability will also allow me to pursue medical care that I have had to postpone.
