Keeta Ott & Family

Hello friends, I’m starting this fundraiser in hopes of providing some relief & reassurance for a family very dear to me. I’ve been given permission to share these difficult details. Keeta Ott (Mansfield) was diagnosed with cancer earlier this winter & has been in the hospital in Salt Lake City receiving 24 hour care. Sadly I was notified yesterday that the outcome is not a positive one and she was transferred to a hospice facility in Idaho, today her husband was told that they believe she is very end stage & she likely only has a matter of days left. On top of this heartbreaking news, her husband Wade suffered a massive stroke in late December causing him an extended hospital stay in Eugene. His disability pay has not been approved yet and he has been without work for several months. Right now he is staying with a relative in Cottage Grove with their 10 year old son. Unfortunately the place they are staying does not allow dogs & Wade is desperately trying to find short term care for his 2 dogs. I think it is goes without saying that Wade & Rucker should be in Coeur d’Alene to be with Keeta during her final days. All proceeds will be used for pet care, travel, and to help Wade & his family stay afloat while he navigates this very difficult time.
