Keep the Boyce legacy alive
Donation protected

Our family has always been hard working and independent. Our father Timothy boyce had owned and operated his own HVAC business boyce heating and cooling for 25+years although it was just him and at times he struggled to find work but he still managed to push on.
Our father bought his land about 30 years ago for his family. At first there was just a camper and now sits a modest 3 bedroom house he built with his own hands. He was a jack of all trades. We all grew up in this house and half of our family still lives here. We have very fond memories of playing in the woods in our tree house and Camping on the land when we were very young while he built the house there are so many memories connected to this land.
Although our parents have never been married they have been together for 30+years. He left everything to our mother but now the courts are saying what he wrote was not a legal will even though it was notorized and we have to fight to be able to keep our land and our family home where our father would want us to be keeping up his land and garden and looking after the chickens and goats.
The house is all we have left my father didn't have money saved we got by month to month. He didn't have life insurance or any other plans for saving to help in an event such as this. And now we our scrambling over the cost of all this going through probate, lawyer fees, the debt he had and the morgage and with the house being the only asset we can potentially lose it all. We're asking for help to be able to afford a probate lawyer to be able to fight to honor my fathers wishes for his famiy to stay on his land.
We know we're asking for alot and we dont expect to get what were asking for but any donations would greatly be appreciated. We know money is hard for everyone so please don't feel bad if you can't donate but please share.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
