Keep Pettis County Clean

Pettis County First believes in the quality of life for its residents and the preservation of the land we live on. We also believe if this landfill development is realized, our right to fresh air and water will be infringed upon, property values will decrease, and farmland communities will no longer expand, which will affect further development throughout the county. The proposed landfill is 95 acres which would total over 250 acres of landfill within a 6 mile radius in Pettis County. Pettis County should be kept prosperous.

Because we believe the issue concerning the proposed landfill involve complex environmental laws, we have hired an experienced environmental attorney to represent our legal interests.
