I’m in a really hard place right now. I lost my job last year in October, I’ve burned through my savings and credit, and I haven’t been able to find new work. Before this, driving for Uber was my only remaining source of income, but now my car’s engine is breaking down and I can’t keep driving either.

Losing both of my ways of bringing in money has made day-to-day life incredibly difficult, and I feel utterly hopeless at this point. The funds from this fundraiser would help me cover the basics first: groceries, car repairs, and keeping a roof over my head.

Just as important, they would help me keep caring for my three cats, Violet, Pidge, and Rook. They are the most important things in the world to me, and all I want is to make sure we don’t lose our home and they don’t go hungry. We need help.

Because these needs do not end after one bill, recurring donations would make a real difference by helping me keep up with ongoing groceries, housing costs, and caring for my cats while I work to get back on my feet.
