Geeks Keeping Gaza Connected

This is a volunteer effort to provide free electronic SIM cards, or eSIMs, to Gazan families in order to remain in contact with each other, the outside world, and life-saving emergency services. We rely on individual in-kind donations of E-Sim cards and quickly match them with families in Gaza via Whatsapp and/or email.

Different eSIMs only work in certain parts of Gaza depending on network strength coming from Israel and Egypt. Matching the right eSIM to someone’s circumstances is essential. To help, we have volunteers working 24/7 to provide activation and troubleshooting support to recipients of eSIMs. But sometimes certain eSIMs are in greater demand and we run short, unable to fulfill an immediate need. That’s why we have decided to also accept monetary donations to be able to flexibly balance our supply and demand of eSIMs.
