Hi. My name is Meliza Masajo and my mom’s name is Luz Magno. We live together in California. My youngest sister, Rowena Perez, her husband Alain Perez and one of the sons Shaun are all sick. They all live in Cavite, Philippines right now. We are raising funds for their medical needs.

My Mom and myself have been helping them and already used our credit cards to help them and we now have a lot of debt. It is important for me and my mom for my immediate relatives in the Philippines to stay healthy or at least alive. We've been waiting for petitions my mom has filed in 2005 and hoping that they can join us in California soon. I haven't seen them since year 2000 and my Mom had seen them last in 2008.

Alain has a long covid and every so often needs to go to hospital to have oxygen. Shaun's leg got injured at work and needs surgery. My sister Rowena is very sick. She was diagnosed with fatty liver, gallstones, has nodules in right thyroid, nodules in right breast, low hemoglobin, has cyst in her kidney, inflamed pancreas and enlargement of the heart. She needs a surgery for her gallstone; full monitoring of kidney and heart, needs laboratories every 3 months and lots of medicines; one medicine alone will cost P20,000 pesos every month (about $375.00).

All the funds will be sent to the Philippines for their medical expenses. I will post an update as needed.
