Keeping Active for epilepsy & mental health.

My story - I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2004, as a 19 year old. Having so many ups and downs, seizure after seizure and losing my sense of freedom.

I eventually broke in 2023 - which was my last seizure. I didn't deal with this episode as easily as I had through the previous years.

My mental health took a hit that i'd never felt before. This left me anxious, worrying, not understanding why, overthinking what was happening and not getting the answers I needed, we're just a few of the problems I began to experience.

I eventually turned for help. After some research and recommendations, reluctantly i went along to Andys Man Club. This is what sparked my passion for this mission.

My mission is to be active every day - weather this be a gym session, a dog walk, a run, climbing hills.

My ultimate goal is to climb Snowdon!

I am raising funds for @andysmanclub who have given me time & space to release my problems with no judgement. As well as epilepsyaction who try and help so many people in similar situations. I believe these charities need more recognition for what they do and the help they give.

I've been able to turn the tide and am now working to rebuilding myself to be a better man.

Thank you for reading me journey. Please help me to help them. Any donation of any size will be a huge help to these charities to continue to provide the vital support they do.
