Keeping Aaron and Adrian at home

Hi everyone. For those that don't know me my name is George and I am in desperate need of help. I am a father to 2 twin boys named Aaron and Adrian. Just recently I filed a motion to modify my custody visitation to 50/50 and it somehow turned into a move away case. My ex's response to my request was to move 240 miles away with our sons to Big Pine, Ca claiming that one of our sons who suffers from hearing loss will be better off over there because they offer a better school and better medical attention for him. Her and her attorney also made up a bunch of lies about me saying things like I'm not involved in their doctor appointments, I'm not involved in their education and that I'm in denial of our sons hearing condition. They brought in no evidence to back up their story. No letters from the school district in Big Pine explaining the better educational services my son with hearing loss will be getting, no letters from the doctors in Big Pine explaining the better medical attention he will receive. I provided plenty of evidence in court showing how she was in contempt of the court order multiple times by keeping my sons from me on my custodial days, emails between their teachers and I regarding things like homework, their report cards showing that they are doing good in school, my co parenting class completion certificate. I provided plenty evidence to show i have been doing what I'm supposed to and the Judge completely ignored it. She provided ZERO evidence to back up her lies or claims and in the end the Judge granted her move away being completely biased and abusing his discretion. I am reaching out for help because I need to fight this and I don't have much time. I have reached out to and met with an attorney and she said I definitely have a case and that I made a mistake of not being represented in the first place but that there is definitely something she can do to stop this from happening. The retainer fee is $3,000 up front and then another $4,500 after that bringing the total cost to $7,500. Unfortunately this is a time sensitive situation and I am unable to come up with that amount in such little time. When I broke the news to my sons they were heartbroken. They immediately started crying saying they don't want to move, that they will miss us, they will miss their friends, that there's nothing to do there...If you Google Big Pine, Ca you will see what they are talking about. It's a small town Indian reservation in the middle of nowhere. This move away request was personal and not at all in their best interest. Please everyone I am asking for your help in keeping my sons here to stay. Anything will help.
