Keeping a Child in School

Hesbon "Hes" Msasia is a wonderful man of the Luhya in Kenya.  He is a good friend I met out there when I was lucky enough to visit.  He showed me the very best of Kenya and Tanzania with a group, and did everything possible to make it a truly memorable part of our lives.

Hes has spent his working life ensuring that people have a wonderful time visiting his country, whilst remaining safe, comfortable and feeling most welcome.  Hes has made many friends over the years all over the world (myself included) in his role by naturally doing what he does best.  This is simply being a nice human!

I was saddened to learn that he has had NO work what so ever since the pandemic and unlike some of us, has had no backing from central government.  Hes naturally does not care about himself but is very scared of not getting his son back to school in January due to not having the money.

As a result of this, I would ask all of us who know him to simply set a bit of money aside so that his son can get the vital education he needs.  The goal is $1,000 but any help would be most welcome.  Lets do this for Hes!53597476_1609261673941936_r.jpeg
