help caitlin stay in nyc please

hi yall, my name is caitlin and i'm asking for help (I HATE ASKING FOR HELP).

(TL;DR - ongoing medical issues/emergency with need for help with back/future rent/bills)

(TW: suicide/ED/depression)

almost 4 months ago, i acquired a life debilitating pain center in my stomach and haven't been able to work since. i'm still employed once i'm able-bodied again, but for the moment no doctors know what's wrong with me. so i haven’t worked in 4 months with no official financial help.

before this phantom illness, i worked as a behavioral specialist for kids with autism in queens and am a masters levels life coach and psychologist and am currently getting my PhD but have to take a break in the meantime while i figure out this illness.

over the past few months, i've been diagnosed with:

-an appendicitis

-spleen cancer

-a UTI (LOL)

-gastritis

- and i've been tested for countless others....an endoscopy and colonoscopy and 4 catscans and so much bloodwork. so much blood.

i was admitted to the hospital and am home now, but the road is ahead is LONG and i need to keep a roof over my head, hopefully in queens with your help. i love this community and want to be part of this community fabric for a long time.

my mental health is at a pretty all time low. my psych won't give me any narcotic substances to help with the emotional labor because i have serious s*icide thoughts and ideations.

life has been f*cking hard. i love you all.
