I'm Ludo, The Rock Superhost in Venice, Italy.
My Dream, Your Gift.
My dream came true few years ago when I started hosting travelers in one of my rooms and in my walking tours in Venice. I've always thought this is not a job for me, this has become my way of enjoying life: there's nothing better than showing you Venice and Italy through my eyes! As we all know, the world suddenly changed and like many people (included of course those working in travel and hospitality industry), I am struggling now to keep my dream alive.
I'll be honest, straightforward and fair in my request!
What I need now.
I need contributions to keep my house and put something on the table, to keep helping my relatives and to keep believing in my hosting dream.
What you get now and in the future.
This website is called Gofundme, correct? But what I'm asking you is not just funding me in this moment without having something back...
By donating what you can, you just buy in advance a fantastic experience with your local friend in Venice once travel will be possible again... be it a drink, a meal, a walking tour, even a stay at my place if you are a Solo Traveler!
And in the meantime I can stay in touch with you and I am always available to give you precious info, advice and tips about Venice and also about other Italian destinations which I know very well like Florence, Bologna, Milan, the Dolomites.
