We are Westhill JROTC! JROTC’s mission is to motivate young people to be better citizens, and we always aim to do exactly this. Whether it be on the drill floor, in a forest in Fort Knox, Kentucky, on Westhill’s front field, a beach in Daytona, Florida, or at a parade, we love to motivate our cadets and instill leadership. Every cadet in the program has the chance to join a team, reach a leadership position, or attend our unique events.

This year’s military ball took a lot of effort, in fundraising and cadets alike. This ball almost didn’t happen because of our financial limitations, and the next ball is already at risk as well. We are required by regulation to hold one, and it is one of many things that our program involves themselves in. We are holding yet another fundraiser to see if we can give ourselves a little head start for next year’s events.

As you can see, our cadets are always trying their absolute best to become the best, whether it be during drill or at one of our nationals competitions. We believe in giving everyone a chance and a unique high school experience, not only in our after-school activities but our curriculum as well. We hope you will consider supporting our cadets for another year.
