Hi, my name is Vincent, and I’m a student at Clemson University. I’m reaching out today because I need a little help to continue my education and stay at a place I’ve truly grown to call home.

My story is a bit unique—I’m originally from Germany, but six years ago, my family moved to the U.S. for my dad’s job at BMW. I finished high school in Greenville, South Carolina, and from day one, I felt connected to this community. When I came to Clemson, I fell in love—not just with the campus, but with the people, the spirit, and the incredible opportunities here.

Here’s the challenge: my family wasn’t able to set up a college fund like many American families do, so my parents have been able to support only my first year. I’m now entering my second year, and without financial support, I may not be able to continue studying here.

That’s where you come in. Your donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping me fund my second year at Clemson. Your support isn’t just helping me pay tuition—it’s helping me stay part of a community I love, continue pursuing my education, and make the most of this amazing experience in America.

Hallo, mein Name ist Vincent und ich studiere an der Clemson University in den USA. Ich habe mich sofort in die Universität, den Campus und die Gemeinschaft hier verliebt, und es wäre ein großer Traum für mich, mein zweites Studienjahr fortsetzen zu können.

Meine Familie und ich sind vor sechs Jahren aus Deutschland in die USA gezogen, da mein Vater bei BMW eine neue Stelle angenommen hat. Ich habe die Highschool in Greenville, South Carolina, abgeschlossen und fühle mich seitdem tief mit dieser Region verbunden. Clemson ist für mich zu einem zweiten Zuhause geworden.

Leider konnten meine Eltern, anders als viele amerikanische Familien, kein College-Fund ansparen. Sie haben mein erstes Jahr finanziert, aber für das zweite Jahr benötige ich Unterstützung.
