Vegan Street Fair needs your help—now more than ever.

For nearly a decade, we’ve been bringing people together—vegan or not—to celebrate amazing plant-based food, local vendors, and a warm, inclusive community. Entry has always been free because I believe everyone should experience the joy of Vegan Street Fair without barriers, whether you're vegan or not.

But this year, we’re in real danger of not being able to continue.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Vendors Are Struggling: Many have ceased operations since COVID. To support them, I took the risk of dropping their fees by 50% and removing the typical percentage of sales we collect. The hope was that more vendors would sign up to make this make sense. But that didn't happen. I knew it was a risk but it was one I was hoping would pay off in the long run.

Sponsor Shortfall: We hoped brands would fill the gap, but sponsorships have dried up. We’re now facing a significant financial shortfall—and we only have 4 days to raise $50,000.

My Personal Journey: I’ve weathered COVID challenges, fought breast cancer, and poured my heart and soul into this event. I’m not giving up now—this movement is too important. But I can’t do it alone.

What Happens Next?

If we can raise $50,000 in the next 4 days, we’ll be able to hold Vegan Street Fair LA as planned—preserving a crucial platform for small vegan businesses and a vibrant, family-friendly space for our community.

If we fall short… we may have to cease operations for good, and that would be a heartbreaking blow to the vendors and everyone who loves coming together for this event.

Why It Matters

Free to Enter: VSF has always been about accessibility and reaching as many non-vegans as possible with a fun, inclusive, delicious event. This is my form of activism and I'm so proud of how far we've come and how many seeds we've planted over a decade of doing this event. I believe the vegan movement should be open and welcoming to anyone curious—no strings attached.
