Keep us on satellite-UMD and AMN
Donation protected
Dear All,
We, UMD Media and Axumawian Media (AMN), together have been serving as the voice of the people of Tigray over the past three years. And both media entities have been broadcasting their informative content on the Horn Broadcasting Services (HBS) satellite to reach the people of Tigray and the Horn of Africa. UMD Media's multi-language programs in Tigrigna, Amharic and English are in line with its motto of contributing to evidence-driven discourse and decision-making in the Horn of Africa in fostering Understanding, Measuring and Doing (UMD). These include H-Panel, Quo Vadis Tigray, and The House of Gebrehiwet, Conversations on Current Affairs. Diverse programs from AMN include Inside Tigray, Tigray Bwuene (Tigray with Purpose), Tarikn Terekn (History and Narrative), Tibeb Axumawian (Art of Axumites), and Tigray community.
According to our audiences from Tigray and the Horn of Africa, our media broadcasting on satellite is playing a big role in bringing a platform that entertains different ideas and disseminates alternative information that would normally be stifled by governments, about what is on the ground from the local people.
The value of these media is well noted by the people who live in urban centers of Tigray and beyond who have access to TV.
To ensure our continuous presence on satellite by paying our share of the current satellite fee, expanding our services, and enhancing the quality of our production, we greatly appreciate your financial support.
Keep us on satellite!
