Hi My name is Mina, and I work here at Umbrella Armory. It's with a very very heavy heart that we actually make this campaign, a rough situation requires a rough solution. Most people know us as the super expensive place that sells out of proportion airsoft rifles. There are some things I would like to address here before we get into the situation. We get a lot of hate, I was on both ends of it before I worked here. People hate because of the prices, there's no other way to say it. Why buy a rifle for $1500 when there are much cheaper alternatives. They say we scam, they say we are a waste of money. All I ask is for some understanding as I give clarity. Our builds just parts wise, are not cheap. Our parts often take up a large majority of the cost alone for the rifle. Well over 50%, this include all of the custom modifications we do on parts every day to make sure everything is perfect. We have to pay our rent, and other monthly bills, and of course our employees checks. On top of that we offer full coverage of a build if there are any internal problems a full year after purchase to make sure the customer is satisfied. Cherry on top is, this isn't well known, but if you own one of our guns warrantied or not, we always give a huge discount on service and repairs of them, we charge $75 for a full service after warranty is expired (which is a huge jump down from our normal service charge), this includes if our guns were bought second hand. We try to help the community as much as we can. In terms of financials every month we barley BREAK EVEN, sometimes even go negative, but we take it because we care about this sport, we love airsoft and the community. At the time when we started business, no one took airsoft teching to the level that we did, we wanted to bridge airsofter from casual into highly competitive nearly perfect guns. We wanted to be the exotic cars of airsoft replicas. We did achieve a certain high level which we are proud of, however, due to the nature of airsoft and it's community our market, is EXTREMLEY small, very niche. It caters specifically to repeat clientele and serious airsofter's which there isn't many of. Most people who play airsoft couldn't imagine spending our prices on a airsoft rifle, only the small population who truly are obsessed with airsoft are the one's that usually work with us. Hence why our financials are so tight. Every business has made mistakes and being apart of the airsoft community I've seen how rough Umbrella was a while ago with CS and other things from a outsider perspective, hopefully I've been doing a good job mending that reputation as I just want Umbrella to be a place where people know they'll get what they want. Thus here is our god awful situation.

Friday the 23rd of February 2024 at 3:42 AM, we were burglarized by thieves in a brand new white Mercedes sedan. I don't know who would target us or why they would. However after review they clearly knew that we were an airsoft store however they just weren't sure what to take. Even with that confusion, they took a lot, a bunch of guns boxes and others, and small parts. Some fully built and completed guns, other stock guns, display guns which were built, some with real steel furniture on it which is not cheap. Finally heavily damaging our door which the repair cost is quite large due to it being a big metal door.

They are messing with our livelihood, this isn't a game. This business is the main provider for our very small team. We consist of 3 guys, Me Mina, the guy with the buzz cut, the owner Jordan the man with the hat, and Ben the hardest working tech I've seen in airsoft. This place pays our rent, our food, our gas. Literally everything, I just can't understand why someone would do this. Ben is the amazing tech who pumps out all of our highly tuned rifles that are bought through our website, Jordan is the main man who does R&D and sets up everything to be ready to be sold on our website as a product as well as building, and I try my best to handle all customer service, marketing, packaging, general interactions, and everything else the other 2 don't have time to do.

When something like this happens, we have to cut hours, since our money is so tight. We all try our best to provide the best services that we can offer when it comes to the airsoft community. We love airsoft and just wish to keep providing the best that we possibly can to the community. We've had our bumps in the road like any business does, bad times which certain aspects are inexcusable, however we've fixed our issues and have moved on to being a better provider to anybody wishing our services. Because of this robbery we had to cut everyone's hours, I personally went from full time to twice a week, my living situation is now up in the air, and I'm not the only one, everyone here is in a similar boat like me. We ask anyone, please, anything makes a difference, any amount we'd be truly grateful for, or just order off our website. Anything will help us get back on our feet.

We had so many people giving us prayers and wishing for us the best, thank you to all that did. We truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
