Stay #TylerStrong- A Leukemia Journey

Three years ago, 16 year old Tyler Sherrard was diagnosed with Leukemia. Sadly, with only months of treatments remaining, Tyler’s cancer has returned, and he needs our support now more than ever.

The primary goal over the next 20 days is to get Tyler into remission with several rounds of very strong chemotherapy to clear the cancer. At the same time, he needs to stay healthy and strong, so he can receive a vital bone marrow transplant in the near future.

His parents, Brent and Kelley Sherrard, who are veteran educators in our community, are staying at the hospital with Tyler around-the-clock. Every three days, they take turns being at home to support their other three children.

As you can imagine, the medical, travel, and meal expenses are compounding quickly. Your contribution will greatly help ease these financial stresses so the family can focus on taking care of one another.
