Hi everyone, Stuart Here.
As many of you know, on January 20 Todd had a terrible accident which has left him paralyzed from just below the chest down. It was touch and go but he pulled through. We all know Todd to be a tough and tenacious fighter.
He was at the Shepard Center in Atlanta for three months and has now returned home. He started intensive out patient therapy a few weeks ago and will continue for several more. This means he is at the Shephard Center all day five days a week. Physical therapy will be an ongoing part of Todd's life even after this phase of his recovery.
He has made great progress in his personal mobility but there is still a long way to go. It has become clear he will need to update his mode of transportation.
As I'm sure you can imagine the expenses in getting him well, bringing him home and keeping him active are piling up. One of the biggest expenses we face will be a transport vehicle. This will provide us the ability to get him to where he needs to be for his ongoing physical therapy and health appointments as well as outings for his mental well being and keeping Todd...Todd
Many of you have asked what you can do to help. The biggest help you could provide now is to help us keep Todd moving, shaking and on the road. You're support could really help us achieve our goal of purchasing a vehicle and keeping Todd moving. Maybe even coming to a town near you.
Thank you to everyone in advance and Keep on Trucking...or in this case help keep Todd Trucking!
