Hey my name is Tia, and if you know me you know my dog Thea (Althea, I promise I didn’t mean to name my dog after myself) my animals are the light of my life and I’d do anything for them. Unfortunately, Thea needs ACL surgery and that is something I’m not prepared to pay for at the moment. I’m not the kind of person to go and ask for help, but this isn’t for me. Thea is an amazing dog, the best thing that ever happened to me…she’s my service animal, she’s traveled the country with me, hung out in hot spring, swims in the ocean, hiked through the desert, she skates with me in the skatepark, she’s cuddled me to sleep every day of her life, she was born in my bed. When she first opened her eyes, she looked at me needless to say she’s not just a dog, she’s my dawg. We’ve been quoted $5,000 for her ACL surgery which would slower her to use her back right leg again.
