Hi! This is Matt from WeRateDogs. As a special Friday fundraiser, we're helping the ten dog shelters and rescues featured on our account Wednesday, 2/17. Several have been impacted by the recent winter storm and all have had their efforts hindered by COVID-19. Instead of saving one dog today, you'll be giving hundreds all across North America a better chance at finding a loving home.
The money raised from this campaign will be split evenly across these ten organizations. Donations will go toward helping get at-risk dogs the medical care, food, supplies and a place to stay until their forever home is found. If there’s a shelter you’d like to support in particular, you can donate through their individual donation links listed at the bottom of the campaign.
The specific missions of these organizations may differ slightly, but their overall theme is shared: help the dogs who need it most. At WeRateDogs, our job is easy, we simply amplify the stories these shelters make possible. They are the ones on the ground rescuing and caring for these animals. Until every dog has a loving home, their role in this ecosystem is crucial. Any amount towards their efforts help.
We have a goal of $10k. We'll be starting it off with $3k from us ❤️ Thank you for being a part of this community, and for standing up when we ask for your help.
