On behalf of the Sarmiento family, I’m creating this GoFundMe to help the family navigate this difficult time of uncertainty.

Yesterday morning, their worst nightmare became their reality when on his way to work to support his family, Martin Hugo Sarmiento, was detained by ICE.

Martin, is a girl dad of 4, he is a husband, a brother, and a son amongst many other things and we are praying with help of legal aid and with your donations we are able to get him home soon.

The family is now facing overwhelming legal costs to fight his immigration case and give him a fair chance to stay with his family. Immigration attorneys, court fees, and filing costs are extremely expensive, and the family truly cannot afford this on our own.

Every donation will go directly toward legal representation and immigration-related expenses. Any amount helps and will bring them one step closer to keeping their family together.
