Well, here we go one more time! This will be my 3rd location and boy have I learned a lot. I lost a little on the first one in Encinitas, while readying the ship in Carlsbad.
Carlsbad was an easy startup with it being a ghost kitchen and insanely low overhead. The Encinitas location was a massive buildout and project, turning a law firm into a restaurant. I had a literal “angel” investor on this, and very few worries. I don’t have that on this one-and this is where you come in!
I’m trying to raise 3k for the construction, health department fees and equipment. I really wasn’t ready for this-but I know if I didn’t take it I would regret it and someone else would swoop in! I’ve been dying to get back to Encinitas since the day I left.
I know this isn’t life or death, and I’ve reached out to friends and family (thank you!) prior to this for help with deposit fees, plumbing fixtures etc. I honestly debated even doing this because I know people have it was worse than myself. I’m running out of options though-so thought I’d go for it! Obviously you’d have free sandwiches for life if you were able to get me up and running.
Anything is appreciated, thank you so much
