Hello, I am Maria Helena Anderson, founder of Corpo e Alma Healing (Body and Soul Healing). For over 16 years, I've been deeply committed to holistic practices, a passion I inherited from my family of natural healers. Established in 2019, our studio expanded the range of holistic healing services available to our community. We also offered meditation classes for children, as I strongly believe in empowering young minds with skills in self-regulation through breathing and meditation.

My love for this work is the driving force behind my determination to sustain and expand our studio.

Our space has become a sanctuary, offering a variety of classes and events in collaboration with other local healers. We've nurtured a vibrant community on Patreon, where we provide access to over 120 videos on energy meridians, guided meditations, subconscious mind reprogramming, sound baths, and other healing techniques. We're also reaching out through YouTube (over 250 videos) to share the valuable insights and lessons from my ongoing journey in holistic healing.

Clients come to our studio for personalized healing sessions, including shamanic work and sound baths, which facilitate personal transformation and rejuvenation.

Currently, my husband and I, both entrepreneurs, are navigating financial challenges due to a downturn in his business and decreased activity at our studio. These challenges have strained our financial resources, jeopardizing our ability to maintain operational costs.
