You likely recognize the Samnzar Smoke Shack, which has been a staple of West Sonoma County since 1974! For nearly 50 years, Greg Brummett has been vending roadside, bringing his delicious smoked salmon to locals and tourists alike. Whether it was the early days off River Road in Guerneville, the twenty years on Hwy I near Goat Rock, or his current location on Bodega Hwy outside of Sebastopol, the Smoke Shack has always been a part of the west county experience. With rising salmon prices and complications of the pandemic, the Smoke Shack is asking the community for help.
