Ok here’s the GoFundMe for The Ohm. 

I was notified a few months ago that the owner of the building was going to sell. So now I’m trying to buy this building. We put a lot of work into the various spaces we occupy and we don’t want to lose it. If I don’t buy the building the landlord will sell it to someone who will raise rents and continue gentrifying Easthampton. The bank has approved the loan but the down payment, lawyer, and inspection fees are super expensive. Please help in any way you can!
