The Miner's Lamp Theatre in Corrimal has been owned by the Arcadians Theatre Group as a cherished community hub for over 29 years. We now face a critical challenge. To continue operating and to ensure the theatre remains a safe and welcoming space for all patrons, we must urgently undertake essential upgrades to meet National Safety Code requirements and improve mobility access including, Fire safety equipment, improved disability access, dressing room extensions and an extended outdoor foyer areas. Without these improvements, the theatre may be unable to continue operating which would be a devastating loss for our community and the many people who call this theatre home. We are reaching out to our members, supporters and the wider community to help us raise some of the funds needed to complete these vital upgrades.
