Galeria Luz de la Vida in Competa has been a special place in Cómpeta for over 10 years — a hub of art, creativity, and inspiring gatherings. The gallery is run by Dutch owner and artist Lieuwke Loth. Artists from all over the world participated in the Art Symposia, Exhibitions & Art Walk events.

We have celebrated our 10th anniversary! This is a special place that people find themselves returning to, time and time again.

I’ll be honest: it’s not always easy to keep a gallery and creative space going, especially in a small mountain town like Cómpeta.

I know that “Luz de la Vida” is appreciated by many, and that many feel inspired and touched after a visit.

In these challenging times such creative places where its about talents, arts, expression and connection are immense important. Not AI, but real creation. Not automatic replies, but real talks & heart connections.
