Keep the Lights On for Sheena's Family

Hi, my name is Sheena, and I'm asking for help during an incredibly difficult time for my family. We are a family of four—my husband David, our two children (ages 4 and 9), and myself—and we’re currently struggling just to keep up with basic needs like food, mortgage, and bills due to a medical crisis that has turned our world upside down.

David has been in and out of the hospital with serious health issues that have left him unable to work. Watching the person you love fight through pain while also worrying about how to feed your children or keep the lights on is more than heartbreaking—it's exhausting and terrifying.

I'm doing everything I can to hold things together for our kids, but despite my efforts, we’re falling behind and the stress is overwhelming. We’ve reached a point where we need to ask for help from our community, friends, and even kind strangers.
