Keep The Kut Studios' Doors Open

Hi, my name is Michelle Thomas, owner and designer of The Kut Studios LA. The Kut Studios is a community co-work fashion design studio and showroom in the heart of the Los Angeles Fashion District. We offer low cost sewing lessons, a liw cost creative co-working design studio and a Fashion Showroom that helps creatives and designers gain visibility, produce and sell their fashion brands.

We are in desperate need of funds to keep our community co-work design studio and Fashion Showroom open in Downtown Los Angeles.

Due to the lingering effects of the covid pandemic and a 6 month tv/ film strike, we have had a hard time recooperating financially.

We have built this business from the ground up, since 2015, with no investors or any financial help and are need of your help to get back on track.

Our classes, fashion designer mentorship, internships, and contributions to the creative community have given great opportunities to new and up-and-coming fashion designers and crafters alike.

We are asking our community to help us save our studio so we can continue to be a safe space for all fashion creatives that need a hand in being seen and heard.

Donations will be used to offset the rising cost of our current studio rent and help us with equipment repairs and maintenance costs.
