We are the groove family.
Founded in 2014 by a young entrepreneur Daniel Browne; we are a company making an impact in our communities through dance fitness. We provide classes for all ages and abilities, keeping everyone active, in a fun and energetic environment.
Due to the current corona virus outbreak we have been doing;
Groove Aerobics online via Facebook Live.
Groove Lite (lower intensity classes)
Groove challenges for all ages
And we have lots more planned to keep everyone entertained in the safety of their own homes.
As you can imagine we have taken a massive hit financially as a business and unfortunately don’t fall into the category of receiving government funding.
