Hi,

We are the Gray family, and we never thought we’d be in a position to write something like this — but life has hit us hard, and we need help to stay afloat.

We are working parents to two amazing kids — a teenager about to start high school and a very energetic 6-year-old. I work as an accountant and my husband in customer service. In addition to our primary jobs, I’m a mobile notary, and my husband does work in film/television. Due to the current state of the real estate and entertainment industries, our secondary income has been greatly reduced, and we Door Dash on the side to make ends meet.

Unfortunately, our car broke down unexpectedly and the cost to repair it is $6,000. Our car is essential for our family and especially for our many jobs. Not having our car creates a significant lack of income that will impact our ability to pay our mortgage and go into foreclosure.

We’ve always prided ourselves on being able to solve our own problems; however, right now, everything feels incredibly heavy and overwhelming, and we truly need the help of others.
