Hola!!!

We are Marly and Nina, owners and founders of The Gnarly Cuban, a Fresh Cuban Kitchen located in Orlando, FL. We started as a pandemic business as we both found ourselves having to pivot our lives to adapt to changes in the world! CRAZY!

We were blessed to be able to create our small business out of necessity and courage. We started doing markets back in 2020 when food and being outside was “essential.” We then realized that every rainy season we suffer financially. Less markets, fewer people at the window without coverage, and overall having to stand strong through anything.

As we started to pivot our business, we moved into catering special occasions, being a part of families that we had already met at the markets. We made connections with the community and our peeps who came to support us time after time. (Thank you ❣️) We found ourselves needing more space to grow.

Since then, we have now opened our Ventanita in College Park, Orlando, FL, and truly love that we get to serve everyone much more. We built this baby from the ground up; we invested in ourselves and our success. Working hard daily, but we need a little help.

We have our little window, but no awning to get through the rain this summer. We have some tables, but no umbrellas to get everyone out of the sun this summer. Although these seem small, they are large items and we would love if you’d be able to support us once again through the next step of our business.
